Games suitable for kids of ages between 3 to 7 years are constantly of running and chasing them around in form of playing a game. For example games like tag and freeze tag where by a person is chased and when he or she is tagged is frozen but unfrozen by another player , this can be a very good way to making your kids run but also have fun.
For kids older than 7 years constantly running can be achieved through playing outdoor games for example football, swimming or basketball where in the process they have fun. For kids that are around 1 year and thereabouts an adult hold their hands and balance on the babies

Driving anywhere with your kids can sometimes be a bit of a hassle, but it can get even harder on long road trips across the state or even across the country. You have to be prepared with ways to keep your kids calm and happy during long trips like this.
Bingo is a fantastic time killing game to play in the car. Each person kids a bingo card with markers like “Deer”, “Speed Limit 75″ and “UPS Truck”. Each time somebody spots something on a card, you mark it off. The first person to get a straight line wins that game. Some of the bingo items are hard to find which can make the game last for a while.
The letter game is another fun one everybody can play. Choose a category (like Fruits), and you start at the letter “A”. I would say Apple, then the next person has to name a fruit that starts with “B”, like banana. Then the next person has to name one that starts with “C”, like cucumber. This continues until somebody can’t think of a word, or until you get to “Z”.
Bring along pen and paper too and you can play the license plates game. The first person to spot an out of state license plate gets a point and writes it down. Whoever finds the most out of state license plates is the winner. This same game can be played with wild animals, whoever finds the most unique wild animals on your car trip wins.
Of course there are other ways to keep your kids happy, maybe bringing a portable DVD player with a bunch of their favorite movies so they will stay quiet and happy for at least a couple of hours. Or you can bring some of their favorite music CDs and you can all sing along to some music for a couple hours too.
As a parent, you are probably wary about letting your kids go online without your supervision. But there are things you can do to protect your kids online while keeping them happy and entertained.
One of the best sites is pbskids.org here they have all kinds of great things for kids to do that I’m about to outline for you right here. First, there are tons of coloring activities here. They have printable sheets like connect the dots, tracing activities and regular old coloring pictures. You can print out 10 of these and keep your kids busy for a couple hours.
They also have coloring activities to do online if you don’t have a printer. So instead of using crayons or markets, they’ll use a computer mouse to color in their pictures. There’s also a fun “Color With Snuffy” from Jay Jay the Jet Plane that can keep your kids more entertained than just regular coloring.
You will also find a lot of cool games for kids in the Games section. There’s a Peek-A-Boo game they can play with the Teletubbies, A fun dancing game, A dress up game with the Berenstain Bears and more. Not only are these games fun for your kids, they’re also helping them learn different aspects of life.
There’s also a very fun Music section that lets your kids listen to and compose different forms of music online. We all know music and rhythm is an important part of life, and if you want to encourage your children to be more musical, this is a fantastic way to do it.
And if your kids just want to watch some cartoon videos, they have those too. But they’re videos that teach kids a lesson like Curious George and the Berenstain Bears.
PBS is obviously a well trusted and respected source of information and knowledge, and the PBS Kids site is no exception. They have ways to keep your children entertained and learning online and offline. And this is one site you know you can trust because it’s owned and operated by PBS.
Getting your kids involved in sports is a very important part of your parenting and your kid’s childhood. No matter what kind of sport it is, all sports teach kids important life lessons as well as keeping them healthy.
Obviously some of the most popular sports include football, soccer, baseball and. basketball. Even though all of these sports are different, they all have a lot in common. Each of these sports is a team sport, and it requires a lot of teamwork on and off the field to win. And every kid wants to win.
In football, whether you’re playing offense or defense, your entire team has to communicate and be on the same page and work together to win. Working together and cooperating with others is an extremely important part of life, especially when you get older, and this is a great thing to learn young. Encourage your kid to take a leadership role on their team, this will give them confidence and increase their communication skills.
Because all of these are team sports, they require constant team meetings and workouts, usually around 3 a week (not counting real games). This constant running and exercising will help keep your kids in shape and healthy without much effort. And with obesity becoming such a problem in younger kids today, playing sports it the perfect way to combat that problem. Plus you can start encouraging them to eat healthier under the guise of saying it will help them do better in their sports.
This is also a great way to find new friends and people for your kids to depend on. I know personally when I played football as a kid, I met a lot of amazing and interesting people, a lot of whom I’m still friends with today. Sports aren’t only great for your mind and body, but they teach life lessons that your kids will use for the rest of their lives.
